In our tiny champs program (ages 3 to 5), kids mostly learn through play. Classes are one hour long and take place every Monday and Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
Our little champs (ages 6-10) program consists of a warmup, BJJ techniques and plenty of sparring. Classes happen every Tuesday and Thursday at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.
Our juniors (ages 11-14) follow a similar structure as the little champs, though they do spar a bit more. They train every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15 p.m and classes are one hour long. Juniors can also attend Saturday’s 10 a.m. classes.
